We must keep an open mind on making necessary changes, says Deloitte CEO

The accounting profession and the Big Four firms need to be open to options of regulatory change because there is scope to improve several key areas following the heat arising from the PwC matter, according to Deloitte chief executive officer Adam Powick.

In a wide-ranging discussion with The Mandarin, Powick said his profession needed to be prepared to consider some change while reminding the broader community that many people working in accounting firms are committed to doing the right thing by their clients and their organisations.
