That’s according to the first Australian government Long-term Insights Briefing (LTIB), which focused on how AI might impact the trustworthiness of public service delivery.
Results from the APSC’s Survey of Trust in Australian Democracy, which is yet to be released but was included in the pilot, found those with zero knowledge were 12% likely to trust government in using AI for faster processes or service delivery times.
