PwC lives ‘on another planet’, say unhappy senators

Accounting firm PwC Australia is going to have to do a lot more to satisfy senators that it is serious about rebuilding the public’s trust. This need follows what the parliamentarians saw as an inadequate performance during recent hearings.

Representatives from the global behemoth, including new CEO Kevin Burrowes, have fronted the senate committee for the first time. They talked about a series of issues raised in the firm’s internal cultural review done by Ziggy Switkowski and its summary of the tax leaks saga.
